Responsible for management and coordination of post-production activities across channels and end-uses. This includes execution of all photo retouching, the oversight of external post-production vendors (still and CGI). This individual leads a large, high-volume team and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of final assets.
Responsibilities
Manage workflows, processes, and standards for retouching and post-production operations
Lead team in working directly with external vendors, to ensure all projects are completed to expectation and delivered on time.
Collaborate closely with key internal partners within Omni Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams
Manage the budgets for Retouching; roll up and report total function budget monthly/quarterly
Directly manage project budgets, estimating, negotiating, and tracking expenses to ensure on-budget completion of assigned projects
Directly lead all aspects of resourcing and project assignment across the team; monitor and manage team capacity; identify, address, and intensify capacity issues as necessary
Set and manage process timelines and SLA's in partnership with Studio Operations and Traffic
Understand and interpret the creative vision to ensure accurate delivery of concepts
Lead, coach and develop team, maintain clear roles and responsibilities
5-7 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment; 2 years of experience in Studio or Operations functions
2+ years experience managing direct reports and leading high performing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Advanced knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite
Advanced Knowledge of image editing, asset management, and color management for multiple channels
Experience managing budgets required
Experience with capacity management and resource tracking a plus
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
