Salary: $39,000-$47,800

About the Company & the Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

CFS is partnering with a reputable and established organization in the South Bend area seeking a Corporate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and internal staff. This role is key in creating a welcoming and professional environment while also supporting internal departments with administrative and clerical coordination.

The ideal Corporate Receptionist will be polished, personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage front desk operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Position: Fully on-site Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm EST

Job Duties of the Corporate Receptionist

Greet and professionally screen all visitors entering the corporate office

Answer and route incoming phone calls to the correct departments or employees

Maintain an accurate employee directory and visitor log

Support internal communications (postings, memos, mailings, notices, etc.)

Assist with employee and retiree inquiries by sharing information and routing them appropriately

Coordinate small office events and wellness initiatives

Process and log incoming packages, vendor invoices, and building maintenance requests

Monitor lobby appearance and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable

Provide administrative support to HR and Benefits team as needed

Assist with conference room scheduling and general building/office supply coordination

Qualifications for the Corporate Receptionist Role

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year experience as a Corporate Receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative support role in a professional setting

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook / Office 365)

Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and stay detail-focused
