Revit CAD Technician

Job Title: Revit CAD Technician Location: Nottingham Salary: GBP 30,000 : GBP 40,000 per annum We are currently seeking a Revit CAD Technician to join an established building services consultancy based in Nottingham.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in MEP design and coordination to further develop their career in a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities: : Produce high:quality Revit and CAD drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems.

: Work closely with design engineers to develop accurate 3D models and detailed construction documentation.

: Assist in the coordination of services within complex building structures.

: Maintain drawing standards, templates, and documentation in line with company procedures.

: Support project teams in delivering design packages on time and to specification.

Requirements: : 2:3 years of experience working as a CAD or Revit Technician within an MEP environment.

: Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

: Understanding of MEP building services design and coordination principles.

: Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
