We are seeking a dedicated Triage Technician to assist home users with computer issues through clear and friendly guidance.
This full-time position requires 40 to 50 hours of availability each week, Monday to Saturday, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.
Your role will involve answering inbound calls, initiating remote sessions, and conducting thorough telephone walkthroughs to resolve common problems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, alongside excellent communication skills to engage non-technical customers.
Paid training will be provided before commencing live calls.
