Our client, one of Winnipeg's largest property management firms, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Commercial Leasing Administrator to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to learn more about commercial real estate. Please note this is a full-time permanent in-office position.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing and maintaining lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents
Monitoring key dates including renewals
Tracking rent roll and billing charges
Communicating with tenants and serving as a point of contact for lease enquiries
Managing the Yardi database and updating information
Analyzing reports and creating summaries
Assisting with internal audits and compliance
Liaising with legal and the property management teams
Qualifications:
Related post-secondary education in business, finance or legal
3-5 years of experience in commercial lease administrator or property management
Understanding of commercial real estate terminology
Proficient in MS Office and Yardi
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
