About the Role

Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and driving store performance?

As a Performance Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers and lead performance plans to help stores reach their full potential in Tax Free Shopping.

This is a field-based role, meaning you will be constantly on the move, engaging directly with stores, mainly in the luxury segment for international brands.

You should be autonomous, enjoy building relationships, and be flexible, adapting to different stakeholders both externally and internally.

Geographical area: mainly Paris, with occasional trips to other regions.

Build Connections: Develop and nurture business relationships at the store level, becoming a trusted partner.

Empower Teams & Promote Excellence: Provide training to store staff, equipping them with the knowledge needed to excel in Tax-Free Shopping.

Data-Driven: Track store results, analyse underperformance, and implement performance plans for your portfolio.

Drive Success & Maximize Impact: Boost business performance by optimizing Tax-Free Shopping KPIs. Dive into business statistics, present insights, and implement action plans.

Hit Targets: Achieve performance goals and address any deviations.

Stay Connected: Maintain regular communication with merchants to drive continuous improvement.

Document Success: Keep detailed records of merchant interactions and activities in our CRM.

Who You Will Collaborate With

You will report to the Head of Key Accounts and work closely with Key Account Managers and other Performance Managers.

Background and Skills

University degree is a plus

Analytical and planning capability is a must

1-2 years of retail or sales experience is required

Good communication and influencing skills

Customer service orientation

English and French: complete proficiency required

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Salesforce is a plus

Package

Fixed salary (starting 33K€ to 36K€ maximum depending on the profile) + 20% yearly bonus + profit-sharing compensation

Full-time permanent position

Executive status with 11 RTT

Health insurance: 70% covered by our company

Luncheon voucher: €10 (including €4.10 employee contribution)

5-seater company vehicle + business expenses / meal vouchers / health insurance

Presence in the office is essential on Monday. The employee will be in the field all week. Remote work is possible before or after appointments, or on a day without appointments
