This role supports the Electric division by leading field operations and overseeing the execution of large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects. You’ll be responsible for crew coordination, on-site communication, quality, and performance. Success in this role means delivering safe, high-quality installations on time and on budget—all while upholding KE’s

What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Lead and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
Ensure all work meets code, contract specs, and project deadlines
Act as the primary on-site contact for assigned projects
Direct self-performed crews and subcontractors in the field
Coordinate material orders and deliveries to stay on schedule
Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation and submit required deliverables
Enforce safety protocols and support job site safety initiatives
Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship
Communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
Support field reporting with accurate, timely updates
Mentor and coach field teams on execution and best practice
Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
Adapt quickly to changes in schedule, scope, or prioritiesQualifications
What You Bring
You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Project Lead
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
Ability to manage multiple projects, customers, and personnel simultaneously
Critical thinking skills and the ability to make confident, project-minded decisions
Independent, team-focused work style and a drive to mentor others
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) with overnight stays as needed
Valid driver’s license and a history of safe, competent driving
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Pay Range
We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range: 44/hr.-55/hr. plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
