Job Summary:

At Illuminate USA, we're on a mission to empower our teams through learning-and we're looking for a Senior Learning Architect to help shape how we do it. In this role, you'll bring structure, creativity, and strategy together to elevate our learning experience. From acting as a key player designing high quality and engaging learning materials and programs to always being on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our training programs are not only effective-but inspiring.

Your work will directly support associate development, business goals, and a learning culture that grows with us.

Responsibilities:

Contribute creative development expertise to online training-designing digital content, leveraging multimedia tools, and experimenting with new modalities (interactive courses, gamification, video, and microlearning) to make learning accessible and engaging

Partner with department leaders to plan and organize impactful learning and development initiatives (internal and external)

Act as a key member of our training design team to help create engaging, effective learning experiences that leave a mark

Collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience

Bring your expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) and Articulate 360 to produce high-quality, visually compelling training content

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

8-10 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development

3-5 years working with LMS platforms (Workday Learning experience is a big plus!)

Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio skills, with experience working with data and producing relevant reports

Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI e-learning standards

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360

Problem-solver with an eye for process efficiency and continuous improvement

Strong communicator and team player-comfortable working across both technical and functional teams

Eager to learn new systems and tools with a proactive mindset

Experience supporting process improvements and system updates

Knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields
