Your mission at RBI
Support to provide GIG specific KPIs for Security
Assist testers and developers in their daily work
Run simple manual tests and record clear results
Help build and maintain automated tests (UI/API) under guidance
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
Collaborate with the GIG team to improve user experience and address user feedback
Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on platform usage
Support the Product Owner Team with the documentation and the backlog management
Your core competencies
Currently enrolled in a Business or IT-related degree program
First experience in Programming – best Java or TypeScript/Angular
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle user inquiries and provide clear instructions
Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
MS Office knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms
Nice to have
Interest in finance, investments, or related fields
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new tools quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Experience in providing customer service or technical support
