Water Hygiene Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead the water hygiene team on-site, ensuring high-quality work, safety compliance, and excellent client relationships. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and the team, combining technical expertise with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising water hygiene engineers during tank cleans, sampling, and descaling operations.

Managing schedules and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to client standards.

Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues professionally.

Conducting risk assessments and ensuring adherence to ACOP L8 / HSG274 and other water hygiene regulations.

Mentoring and supporting engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Reporting to management on project progress, team performance, and client feedback.

What You’ll Need:

Strong experience in water hygiene operations and team management.

LCA accreditation or the ability to pass relevant exams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Ability to work on multiple client sites and manage logistics.

Full UK driving licence.

Ability to pass MOD security clearance.
