Operations Manager

Recruit4staff are representing an established waste management business in their search for an Operations Manager to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

Pay: £37,000 - £40,000 DOE (Increase in salary after successfully passing probation [6 Months])

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Flexibility will be required)

Duration: Permanent

Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays (increases with length of service)

Job Role: The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of the site. Leading a team of 60 staff, you’ll focus on route efficiency, route planning, and staff allocation. You will also collaborate with other Operations Managers to drive consistency and improvements across all depots.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management and route planning

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills

Ability to prioritise workload, work as part of a team, and meet tight deadlines

Problem-solving: Ability to handle and resolve operational issues efficiently

Full driving license and flexibility to travel for meetings, training, and site visits

Commutable From: Wrexham, Chester, Deeside, Mold, Ruthin, Oswestry
