We work in an international environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across Global IT and the business. You will be joining the Business Engagement & RPA team, part of Enterprise Integrations within Global IT. We recently doubled in size to approximately 600 colleagues worldwide in relation to the current M&A activities. Our team is committed to creating transparency, fostering collaboration, and driving IT changes that optimise business areas. This spans disciplines such as process optimisation, stakeholder management, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

A significant portion of our work involves developing key insights on IT projects, processes, and systems, as well as offering advice on opportunities and challenges.

As our new Technical Project Manager, you will leverage your project management expertise and technical skills to analyse, plan, and execute IT-related tasks and projects. You will play a crucial role in facilitating and driving selected deliveries across Enterprise Integrations, supporting DSV’s amongst others M&A integration activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead and deliver end-to-end technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives

Utilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including developers, clients, and management

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Assist with the implementation of governance frameworks that improve our deliverables and communication between DSV business and IT

Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality

Our requirements:

You have extensive experience in working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with stakeholders and steering groups at various organisational levels. You demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Additionally, you are proactive and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (e.g., cand.scient.oecon. or cand.merc.)

3+ years of experience as a Technical PM in a large international organisation

Hold experience and certification in project management frameworks like Prince2

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

Proven track record with leading IT technical projects

Domain knowledge of EDI/API and DevOps processes is an advantage but not a must

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
