The role

As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to projects that support national defence and infrastructure development.

Day-to-day, you’ll you’ll provide essential front-facing office support to senior managers and project teams within our Major Infrastructure Projects business unit. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively will be key.

Providing general administrative support across site, including reception duties and building access coordination.

Managing diaries, room bookings, and minute-taking for meetings.

Typing letters and reports, photocopying, scanning, and archiving documents.

Processing access requests and escorting visitors when required.

Acting as deputy building controller and supporting document control activities.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Administrator

Knowledge of office procedures and administrative processes.

Strong MS Office skills.

Effective written and verbal communication.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications for the Administrator

GCSEs in English and Math’s at grade C or equivalent.

NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
