RV Technician

Job Description

RCD RV is seeking a skilled and reliable RV Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of RV systems — including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and appliances. Whether you’re an experienced tech or looking to expand your skills in the RV industry, we offer hands-on work and great growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair RV systems: electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and more

Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections

Install upgrades (solar panels, awnings, satellite systems, etc.)

Troubleshoot and service appliances (refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters)

Provides detailed documentation of work completed and communicates clearly with Service Advisors and customers

Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace

Qualifications:

1+ years of repair experience preferred (auto, marine, construction, handy man and/or property maintenance experience also considered)

Ability to read schematics and service manuals

Detail oriented and follows instructions

Performs high quality repairs

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions

Positive attitude and team mindset
