Job Description

We are seeking experienced framing carpenters with at least 2 years of experience in new residential construction. Hill Construction supplies all the required tools, newer work trucks, and trailers with the necessary equipment. Ability to work independently, completing warranty work and punchlists as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish

Read blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications

Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit

Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving

Ability to work outdoors, performing physical labor duties

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential construction with hands-on framing carpentry, preferably with new home construction

Ability to work with crews of 3+
