We’re expanding our team and looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who shares our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service.

About the Role

The CSR is the first voice our customers hear and a vital part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll interact with homeowners and business clients, coordinate service visits, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain accurate records—all in a friendly, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy

Schedule inspections and services, managing technician routes efficiently

Perform minor QuickBooks entries, including payments and invoices

Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction

Support account management and follow-up communications

Assist in maintaining an organized office environment and dependable workflow

Qualifications

At least 1 year of office or customer service experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with QuickBooks

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong multitasking ability

Positive attitude and professional demeanor essential

Experience in the pest control or service industry ideal, but not required
