Night Shift Health Care Assistant – £13/hour

Location: West Belfast

Hours: 12-hour shifts, 2 or 3 nights per week (24 or 36 hours/week)

Key Duties:

Provide overnight care and support to residents

️ Assist with personal care routines, toileting, and repositioning

Carry out regular welfare checks and ensure safety/security

Maintain accurate and timely care records

Light domestic duties (e.g., laundry, tidying communal areas)

️ Communicate effectively with day staff during handovers

Requirements:

️ Previous experience in a care setting

️ Compassionate and patient approach

️ Able to stay alert and responsive throughout the night

️ Right to work in the UK
