Position: Sales Specialist
Location: Valencia, Spain

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives through effective planning and execution.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
Drive business growth and profitability through proactive account and opportunity management.
Monitor, manage, and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
Assess client satisfaction levels and escalate concerns or issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer or partner inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals that meet customer requirements and align with company standards.
Conduct outbound communications with existing clients to maintain relationships, promote new offerings, and support retention efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in German (C1), with good written and verbal skills. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven background in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficient in using computers and common business software applications (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office, email platforms).
Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
