About company: Our client specializes in health care services, particularly health check-ups and diagnostic screenings
Location: Causeway Bay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: HKD 18 - 20K
Responsibilities
Sales / Customer Relations: Care for existing clients and develop new ones (Japanese and local companies)
General Admin: Data entry, document organization, expense processing
Reception: Handling calls, emails, and visitors
Coordination: Internal and external communication
Other: Tasks assigned by supervisors Expected to handle a wide range of internal duties
Requirements
Bachelor' s Degree or above
Native Cantonese with proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), and English
Experience dealing with Japanese clients is highly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excels in teamwork with clear, effective interpersonal communication
Takes initiative responsibly, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Open to IT adoption, AI integration, and process improvements while handling information efficiently
