Scrum Master

Guide three diverse teams to new heights in data-driven innovation and help Rabobank fight financial crime with your expertise as a Scrum Master—discover how you can make a real impact.

You & your role

Empower teams to excel by facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching for collaboration, and fostering a culture of ownership and reflection. As Scrum Master, you shape the way we work within the evolving Data & Insights area. You turn resistance into momentum and connect team priorities with management goals, making a tangible difference every day.

You will support three diverse teams:

Data Management Team (~12 consultants, Kanban, high stakeholder complexity).

Cloud Jockeys (offshore developers, Scrum, data publication, challenges in visibility & legitimacy challenges).

GenAI Team (newly forming team, exploring use cases and innovation).

Examples from practice

Supported three dynamic teams in navigating high stakeholder complexity and delivering impactful data products.

Enabled the Cloud Jockeys to increase their visibility and legitimacy within the organisation.

Guided the GenAI Team in exploring innovative use cases and driving adoption of new technologies.

Facilitate engaging agile ceremonies, workshops, and team conversations that move people forward, ensuring continuous improvement and team growth.

Coach teams and individuals to build collaboration, take ownership, and drive positive change, fostering psychological safety and inclusiveness.

Strengthen the visibility and legitimacy of offshore and innovation teams by connecting bottom-up team priorities with top-down management goals.

You also contribute to the development of the Data & Insights area and the Scrum Master guild, helping to shape the future of our department.

You & your talent

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Experience with both Scrum and Kanban.

Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).

Fluent in English (and Dutch is a plus).

Strong facilitation skills (workshops, retrospectives, training).

Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
