Jinjer Restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager to help us organize our team and oversee the overall operation of the restaurant. The right candidate will ensure smooth service, proper inventory management, and maintain cleanliness and order across both front and back of house. He/she will also be responsible for organizing the team efficiently, delegating tasks properly, and ensuring all areas of the restaurant operate seamlessly each day. Qualifications:
With enough experience in managing a restaurant
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Hands-on, serious, and determined to guide and motivate staff
Can adapt and uphold Jinjer's standard of quality and service
Knowledgeable in inventory and restaurant operations
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays What we offer:
Up to 2,000 PHP daily
Service charge up to 20,000 PHP monthly
