Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of payroll processing experience.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employment legislation.

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (Xero/ Expedo/ QuickBooks) Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Execute complete payroll procedures for new hires and terminations, including final pay adjustments Address inquiries related to payroll schedules, overtime, and adjustments via email and call Verify payroll previews every pay cycle against previous payroll registers Accurate input of payroll data, and running the full Payroll cycle, compiling a weekly pay run of over 50 employees Prepare all payroll reports as required Assist with the migration of data from HR to Payroll to Time & Attendance system Complete Payroll processing and administration Process Invoicing of timesheet to clients in a timely manner – with information attached
