What will you be doing?
As our new Scientist, you will play a key role in reviewing, updating and optimizing raw material specifications. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across R&D, Sustainability, Group Quality, Supply Chain and our labs to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our materials portfolio.
What will your main tasks will include?
Evaluating and qualifying raw material suppliers
Reviewing and optimizing raw material specifications
Developing new test methods for raw materials
Supporting the handling of raw material complaints
Assisting in solving raw material–related production challenges
Leading projects related to hazardous raw material replacement

What do we look for in you?
You’re an analytical and curious problem-solver who enjoys working with data, materials and processes. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and can translate scientific insights into practical improvements.
What should you have?
A university degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Experience working with raw materials in an R&D environment (industrial experience preferred)
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of MS Office and general IT tools
A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience with development projects or formulation testing is an advantage.
