* Successfully completion of an Indiana's Certified Nursing Assistant program and license.

* Demonstrate skills and ability in working with and understanding the needs of the residents.

* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, staff members, volunteers, and outside agencies.

* Handle confidential information with professional discretion in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.

* Desire to work with geriatric population.

* Long-term care experience preferred.

* Willingness to work in a team atmosphere.
