.NET Application Developer - Senior

Full Stack Lead Application Developer opportunity open with an enterprise organization based in Columbus, OH, with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays). In this role you will design and implement scalable, high-quality applications while leading a small development team. You’ll collaborate across departments, mentor developers, and apply the latest technologies to improve performance and efficiency.

Role

• Lead design and development of end-to-end web and application solutions - MS Full Stack

• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

• Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and flexibility

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions

• Create and execute test plans to ensure reliability and performance

• Recommend improvements based on findings and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience through the full SDLC using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience with Angular (1.x or 7+), TypeScript

Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle - relational databases

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and SSO (single sign on)

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
