Starting Pay: $22.00/hr, paid weekly
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Duration: 1 year
Responsible for moving, installing, and maintaining printers and office equipment across multiple locations. Provide basic equipment support, manage supplies, and ensure smooth operation of copier/printer fleet. Lift desktop printers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Move, install, and set up printers and supplies for customer locations.
Serve as main contact for basic equipment support and service.
Diagnose minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
Replace operator-accessible parts and maintain supply inventory.
Collect and submit meter reads; track and coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) of office equipment.
Apply asset tags and update equipment database.
Process and distribute incoming/outgoing faxes for billing purposes.
Maintain uptime for copier/printer fleet.
Lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds; drive minimally on campus.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
Basic IT skills, Microsoft Office, and web-based software experience.
Printer/copier repair or maintenance experience preferred.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional demeanor.
Ability to perform basic math, data entry, and follow instructions.
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
