What you’ll achieve

As a Prehospital Solution Support Consultant (amPHI) you will be part of our highly successful clinical support team, utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.

Working with an extended vastly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis, and resolution. Problem / Defect identification and categorisation with ability to think logically and laterally as required.

Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth

Provide expert advice both internally and externally pertaining to Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes

Supporting our clients to deliver seamless patient care from emergency episode to hospital handover

Essential Requirements

5+ years’ experience in the following:

Support clinical applications with a focus on Paramedical or Emergency care solutions in the health sector e.g. Nursing or similar

Providing functional and /or Technical support for healthcare IT systems

Highly proficient in written and verbal communications

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of SQL with ability to execute scripts

Understanding of ITIL processes

Knowledge in Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard
