Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storagen and network devices.
Perform onsite hardware installation, network patching, and troubleshooting.
Support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
Assist in administering Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications
Monitor system performance and assist in implementing improvements.
Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed
Conduct routine system checks to ensure reliability.
Follow security best practices and company IT policies.
Assist in enforcing identity and access management controls.
Support cybersecurity operations in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for infrastructure-related incidents.
Maintain IT documentation, including procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Work with IT teams and business units to support infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
Experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure (Windows & Linux).
Understanding of networking concepts (Cisco & Meraki, firewalls, VPNs).
Proficiency in Windows client, servers administration and patching using SCCM.
Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Experience administering Citrix VDI/Provisioning services.
