What You’ll Do:

Update member records

Receive calls from members and answer questions about their coverage and claims

Post payments to member accounts

Process checks

Scan member records into the system

Collect and scan daily mail

Make outbound calls to insurance providers

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable with multitasking

Experience with Microsoft Office

Excellent attention to detail
