$19.50-$20.50 per hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; Saturday 9:00a-12:00p

Dublin, Ohio (onsite)

Around one Saturday a month from 9:00a-12:00p, it is a rotating schedule

What You’ll Do:

Assist members with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions in person, online, and on the phone

Identify and sell credit union products and services beneficial to the member’s needs

Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies

Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner

Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the credit union by following all financial and security regulations and procedures

Stay updated on new products and services and maintain awareness of current fraud alerts

What We’re Looking For:

Cash handling experience and on-the-job training may be required

Basic math and computer skills

High level of dependability, accountability, efficiency, and accuracy

Professional appearance and courteous manner

Strong customer service skills are a must
