Days/Hours:
Training hours – 8:00a-4:30p PST Monday-Friday
Regular schedule – must be available between 6:00a-5:00p PST Monday-Saturday
Will always have Sundays off and 1 day off during the week
Will typically work most Saturdays

What You’ll Do:
Respond to a range of customer inquiries from members, clients, providers, and business partners, including routine and complex issues
Research and resolve complaints, providing tailored solutions beyond standard procedures
Educate and influence customers on the value of products, services, and solutions offered
Identify and report customer trends, escalating issues with potential organizational impact and suggesting improvements
Support service standards, starting with data entry and claims processing, then transitioning to handling live calls, expect 100-150 calls a day
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in customer service call centers, handling moderate to complex inquiries across various industries (e.g., insurance, telecom, retail, software)
Technical proficiency, including hardwiring computers to routers/modems, internet and browser settings, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), use multiple software simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both verbal (for multitasking and live inquiries) and written (for documentation and correspondence)
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
