What You’ll Do:

Conduct inbound and outbound support calls to target groups of customers

Account expansion and upselling opportunities

Existing account retention

Develop and maintain strong customer and manufacturer relationships

Run, review, and act upon daily monitoring reports as needed

Enter, update, and amend customer orders

Work internally with other departments regarding inbound and outbound orders

Work directly with management teams to facilitate superior customer experiences

Serve as the voice of the customer and resolve all issues and needs timely, 24 hours or less

Regularly review jobs and improve daily work processes to eliminate waste

Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent math and analytic skills

Strong MS Office suite skills

1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

2-5 years related experience
