Controller

We have partnered with an established non-profit organization who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control functions.

Responsibilities: * Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.

* Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, coordinating audits and reviews by external auditors and regulatory agencies.

* Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and revenue optimization efforts.

* Oversee the financial administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications: * Minimum of 6 years of progressive financial leadership experience.

* Proven experience in the non-profit sector.

* NetSuite experience is preferred.

* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
