Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage complex construction projects within the healthcare, industrial, and mission critical sectors, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion while meeting all project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple healthcare, industrial, and data center construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure efficient communication and project execution.
Utilize project management software such as Accubid and Primavera to track project progress, allocate resources, and manage budget.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor project status, address challenges, and implement solutions promptly.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards for mission-critical facilities such as data centers and hospitals.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within the healthcare and industrial construction sectors.
Proven experience with project management tools such as Accubid, Primavera, and Bluebeam.
Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and construction processes related to hospitals and mission-critical facilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder expectations.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
