Litigation Attorney

Our recruiting agency has partnered with an East Coast law firm to assist their Fort Myers, Florida, office in hiring a litigation attorney with portable business. Ideally, the attorney fit would be a litigator on the defense side of personal injury, negligence, premises liability, auto accidents, property damage, and first- and third-party liability claims.

Bring your established or evolving practice to a successful firm with a full complement of back office, financial, professional management, and marketing support. The firm enjoys a large Florida client base in insurance defense and litigation from which to build your practice upon.

Required Skills/Qualifications

Experience in general litigation, product liability, and professional liability litigation (defense)

Admission to practice in the State of Florida, in good standing

Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, with a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work

Portable business desired

Billing of 1800-1900 hours annually

The successful candidate has an ownership mentality and business development abilities.Compensation

Approximately $160,000+, depending on billables, experience, credentials, and other factors, plus a bonus based on productivity.
