Qualifications:

1) Must have high moral character and a strong value structure

2) Previous varsity head coaching experience preferred

3) Must have comprehensive knowledge of all elements of the game

4) Must be a willing and effective communicator and motivator

5) Must be a promoter

6) Must be goal oriented

7) Must be well organized

8) Must be an effective instructor

9) Must be a team player

Additional Requirements:

1) Must be available for pre-season and in-season practices and games

2) Coaches must have CPR certification/pupil activity supervisor validation (see revised standard effective 7/1/97)

3) Must have clean and current BCI and FBI background checks
