Compensation
Pay Range:$140000-$200000 per hour
Description
Drive positive business outcomes for customers.
Focus on increased revenue, reduced churn, and improved user activation.
Provide value beyond current product capabilities.
Represent the company externally and solve customer problems proactively.
Manage the customer journey from onboarding to upsell.
Build long-term partnerships instead of transactional relationships.
Advocate for customers to influence product development.
Key Responsibilities
Own a full book of business through all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Travel to meet customers in person when necessary.
