We’re seeking a highly organized and Excel-savvy Administrative Assistant Specialist to join a growing team in the industrial manufacturing space. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy Sales Department by handling data analysis, reporting, and a variety of administrative tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform data entry and data analysis for sales and operational reporting
Use advanced Excel skills to create and manage reports, models, charts, and macros
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and booking travel
Draft and edit internal documents, presentations, and correspondence
Interface with internal teams and assist with project coordination
Maintain accurate records, organize files, and ensure confidentiality
Support day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need:
3+ years of administrative or sales support experience
Mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, modeling)
Strong data entry and data analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting a Sales Department
Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Familiarity with meeting coordination and travel booking
Education or certification in office administration or related field
