Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Property Management Associates is currently searching for an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician in Venice, CA, to service a 139-unit property. With a vast portfolio of thousands of residential units, we offer a stable and dynamic environment for your career growth.

Compensation:

$23.00-$26.00 per hour- 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and rent-ready apartment preparation is a plus.

Manage inventory, order parts, and ensure timely maintenance completion.

Promptly handle resident repair inquiries and work orders, covering various maintenance tasks.

Possess extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair methods, tools, and materials.

On-call and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications:

Ability to handle objects weighing 25-50 pounds, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours a day, involving moderate physical activity.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to comprehend and adhere to safety procedures.

Must have reliable transportation. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance will be needed.

A background and DMV check will be run as part of our hiring process. A pre-employment physical will be conducted

Tech-savvy and use of work order software is a plus
