Hire, train, and manage Roofing Sales Reps

Coach reps to identify storm-damaged roofs and close deals

Support inspections and guide homeowners through the process

Proven roofing or storm restoration sales management experience

Strong leadership and closing skills

Driven, organized, and results-focused
