What You’ll Do
Use AI tools and workflows (such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, and data analytics platforms) to conduct market research, identify new customer opportunities, and generate qualified leads.
Develop actionable insights into industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior using data-driven and AI-assisted methods.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to align research, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain organized records of research, lead generation, and campaign performance with support from AI-driven systems.
Deliver periodic reports and AI-enhanced recommendations to management based on your findings.
Contribute to other marketing, design, or research projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in marketing, research, or a related field.
Familiarity with B2B distribution models and customer relationship dynamics.
Proven experience using AI tools and digital platforms for research, analysis, and lead generation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Tech-savvy, curious, and comfortable exploring emerging AI workflows.
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across departments in a small-team setting.
