Part-Time opportunity for a property manager to oversee storage facility, tenants, lot maintenance and manage our small U-haul dealership. Great communication and customer service skills are necessary. Hours are flexible but a commitment is expected once a schedule is agreed to. You must able and willing to clean offices, storage units, storage lots and Uhaul equipment. Doing basic inspections on Uhaul trucks is also necessary. Exceptional computer skills are needed to operate the POS systems for the storage business and Uhaul software. Excellent customer service skills are required.Company Description
Small storage facility with mix of contractors and retail customers storing vehicles, trailers, materials, and miscellaneous stuff. We also have a low volume u-haul dealership here. This is a very small company and the ideal candidate will wear several hats every day and must be flexible and self-motivated. Tasks will vary from shoveling snow, cleaning offices, picking up trash in the lot to dealing with new customers and existing tenants.
