Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and address any issues promptly.
Oversee performance management and employee evaluations.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
Handle disciplinary procedures and investigations.
Maintain employee records and databases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
