GHJ Search & Staffing is working an exciting Controller opportunity with a dynamic real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities: * Leading accounting and financial operations for a complex portfolio of 50-60 legal entities, including hospitality and multifamily assets.

* High visibility with senior leadership * Opportunity to shape reporting, controls, and strategy in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred * 5-10 years of accounting experience (real estate or private equity preferred) * Strong GAAP knowledge * Strong leadership experience $200,000 - $225,000 a year Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure #GHJSS #LI-MO1
