Matric Certificate
Minimum 5 years proven experience in Social-Media and/or Digital Marketing Management within a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience managing paid media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Strong understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) tools, analytics, and reporting
Proficiency in social media listening and insights tools
Hands-on experience in:
Facebook Business/Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
YouTube Studio

Manage and maintain all corporate social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Create, implement, and monitor content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive measurable engagement and conversions
Oversee creative content, copywriting, and asset development for social channels
Monitor and respond to customer queries, compliments, and complaints on social media and review platforms (Facebook, Google, HelloPeter, etc.)
Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to proactively manage brand perception
Identify online threats or crises and apply effective conflict resolution techniques
Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align strategies and messaging
Ensure compliance with company brand standards and uphold professional online communicationSkills & Competencies
