On-Site What you will do:
Develop and execute a regional strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market growth goals
Lead a multi-functional team across sales, service, and warehouse operations
Drive outcomes through KPIs, including revenue growth, retention, new market acquisition, and profitability
Expand business across core markets
Ensure operational efficiency and service excellence in coordination with service and warehouse teams
Build credibility and engagement with staff, recruit new talent, and promote accountability and development
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and industry events What you will need to be successful:
3+ years of regional or area management in sales or operations
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial equipment preferred
Proven success in P&L-driven roles with cross-functional team oversight
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Hands-on, field-based leader with credibility in sales and team development
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership presence
Comfortable with regional travel, including overnight stays
