Process Engineer

Job Title: Process Engineer - Blow Molding

Location: Jonesboro, AR (relocation required)

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities:

Train and develop team members on equipment and safety protocols

Identify and resolve manufacturing issues

Record equipment setups and adjustments

Establish and optimize process parameters for quality production

Troubleshoot molding machine/tooling problems

Support engineering with process and equipment validations

Document and present production and quality results

Lead small project teams and manage assigned projects

Requirements:

3-5 years' experience in blow molding

Strong communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with equipment and tooling

Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment

Knowledge of SPC, Process Capability, and Gauge R&R
