Job Description
Key responsibilities as a Senior Superintendent - Data Center Construction:
Lead all field operations for complex data center construction projects.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive project success.
Oversee site logistics, inspections, and compliance with building codes and standards.
Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff.
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain momentum and minimize delays.
Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Data Center should have:
Strong experience as a Superintendent, with expertise in data center or mission-critical construction.
Proven track record managing large-scale, ground-up commercial or industrial projects.
Deep understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
