Job Description
Commercial Superintendent Responsibilities:
Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors in alignment with the main office.
Schedule and oversee agency inspections to ensure compliance.
Interpret and apply architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
Review shop drawings and reports from testing and inspection agencies; prepare and track RFIs.
Complete daily reports and capture progress photographs.
Utilize computer systems (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage PDF documents efficiently.
Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve conflicts and drive solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, enforcing safety standards consistently.

The Successful Applicant
Commercial Superintendent Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction.
Deep understanding of the full construction process.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
Self-driven and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to take ownership of multiple responsibilities to ensure project success.

Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
