Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.

Ensure high standards of resident care and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.

Assist with staff development, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and resident/family engagement.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing & CPR Certified

Nursing leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required (preferably in long-term care).

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for excellent resident care and team development.
